"This home could not have been more perfect! We got married yesterday in Churchville MD and needed a place to stay for the weekend for our big event and we couldn’t have been any more pleased with this home. "We had a terrific family weekend at this lovely, historic home. The house was perfect for our extended family with multiple adult couples, an 11 month old baby, and two dogs. The property is VERY child friendly with a crib, high chair, and lovely library of children's books, and the pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons. Kitchen is well stocked and very functional, and the house is a short drive to Chestertown and lots of great local seafood. Would strongly recommend."

"What a privilege and honor to stay in such an amazing, historic home. Excuse me ..manor. Everything was perfect for me and my big family! There was eight of us, and it suites us beautifully! Alex is a thoughtful host, with many extra amenities! The beds were comfy, the dining room stunning..and the kitchen is huge, which made it easy to create wonderful memories! "

"We had one of the best vacations ever. Our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren wanted to live there forever! We had a beautiful house and access to the outdoor spaces including a dock for gishing, crabbing and swimming. We were able to make smores over a great fire pit and enjoyed phenominal sunsets from a sitting area overlooking the river. Gene and Suzie, the hosts were on-site and so warm and welcoming. Our every need was met immediately. We will definitely be vacationing at Gregg Neck Cottage...

"We had a great two days here! House has everything you need. We really enjoyed the hot tub! We were lucky the weather was so warm and we could just sit outside all day looking at the water and end the day with gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely come back!"

"Difficult getting in touch with and not timely responses with host. The house was clean….but the bedspreads and throw pillows need washing. They smell and are very dirty. There were no wash clothes to shower with. The house was not dirty itself. Bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were clean. The location was great for our needs and very close to Ripken. Directions and address to the location need to be better communicated. Overall, I would stay there again and we do travel there a lot. I would...
