"The hotel is in a very tranquil, country setting but not far from Bilbao. It is an old house that has been beautifully restored in a rustic manner. The lady, who seemed to do everything, was very kind and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable with a very modern shower. The evening meal and breakfast were plentiful and good quality. The only negative thing was that there was no lift and the stairs were quite steep."

"It was deep in snow when we arrived and my husband didn’t believe the sat nav so we were lost, we called the hotel and the owner actually got in his car in the snow and came and found us knowing we had an English number plate, well impressed! Great night stop over with a dog traveling to Andorra skiing."

Between addresses being in Euskara and roads not well identified we had a hard time following the GPS as it kept wanting us to go into a private road that lead no where other than a house. Once we arrived, there was nobody there. We found a nice couple down the street who knew the person in charge and contacted him for us, he then proceeded to give us the code to get into the house. A sign said that...
