"My boyfriend and I went for winestock and it was so much fun! The music was amazing and the pizza and wine was great! The staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed in villa 3, which was beautiful. Overall it was a incredible night and I would definitely recommend and go back!"

"This was such a fun place to stay. The villa itself was very nice. Clean and well appointed and met all of our needs. We loved the live music on Friday and didn’t want the night to end. So nice to walk just a few steps to go to bed. We were in town for an event a few miles away so this was just perfect. Enjoyed a day shopping in Denton which wasn’t too far away. Very charming downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants. "

It was also very convenient to rent a boat at a nearby dock and go out on the water for the day. I would definitely recommend this property. "

"Cute little home to stay in! The winery is also quite nice to spend time at. It's a little hard to find once you pull up and we had to ask for directions at the winery. Once you pull in, drive past it and continue past the metal barn until you see a house with a sign. The home is actually a duplex, so you do share a wall with other visitors and we could hear them very clearly. But other than that, we had a nice time."

Great communication with the host, had to advise the host of several repairs that needed to be made and he was open to the information. "This property was great to just go and relax. Lots of room to just roam around walk dogs explore fish etc. the only discrepancy I found was that the listing says it sleeps 15 but I really only found sleeping arrangements for 11. It didn’t affect our group as we only had 5 but for future people staying. Be aware of this, you can’t fit 4 more people on the couch in the living room so I don’t know where the other 4 people are supposed to sleep if you bring 15. But it was a very nice place overall. "
