"Poor management. People keep banging the doors at mid night for no reason. They mentioned breakfast is included but they charge extra for it. Early check in or late checkout by even 1 min will cost extra money which i have never seen at any other properties "

"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused. Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry. It’s a scam hotel . "

"We couldn't stay at the property as it doesn't have a lift and we had to climb up 7 floors and when we checked in there were coakroachs and bedbugs on the bed. We couldn't be there for a single minute and we left. Please refund the amount back."

"The property was very clean, nicely setup and had multiple options for dining both within the hotel As well as the vicinity. The staff especially team members like Karishma, Neha they are very pleasant to work with. They take the time to understand your request and mostly able to accommodate accordingly. The SPA and salon is beautiful and great staff. Added bonus - tons of shopping within walking distance. "

"I loved my stay in Hyatt place. Banjara. I want to thank all the team at this property ( who served from 1st March to 3rd March 2025).. I thank them most Vechas they made my son’s birthday a wonderful memory ( he is a special child).. for my Aryan a good place to stay and good food is all that matters.. also the team treated him with love and care. That’s very very important to me whenever I travel. "
