"I liked the service it was outstanding. The bar tender on the second floor Pavan Kodagali went above and beyond what we asked of him. He fixed any issue that came up and very quickly. He spoke excellent English which made it so much easier to explain issues. The location was so close to two big malls you could walk to.. I honestly can not say anything bad about this hotel. If I had to it would be there isn't a Le Meridien where we are going next year. t"

"Nightmare experience. First they could not find reservation. I booked a triple room but they gave a single room. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and super smelly. Staff are arguing but not helping the situation. They double charged me even though I prepaid with Expedia. "

When we were leaving the staff (consisting of four men) watched my sister and I carry our luggage (some which were heavy) by ourselves and did not want to help. Overall this was one of my worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had!"
