"Everything at this hotel is top notch. Be it food, house keeping, breakfast buffet, spa or anybody who works here. We made several requests during our stay for our baby as well for ourselves and all were fulfilled. From baby bassinet to changing mattress, laundry etc. we were even given a farewell cake on our last day at the hotel.Everyone is courteous and a thorough professional. Highly recommend."

"Nightmare experience. First they could not find reservation. I booked a triple room but they gave a single room. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean and super smelly. Staff are arguing but not helping the situation. They double charged me even though I prepaid with Expedia. "

"There were cockroaches in my room! I became too scared to sleep because they climbed onto my bed! When we were leaving the staff (consisting of four men) watched my sister and I carry our luggage (some which were heavy) by ourselves and did not want to help. Overall this was one of my worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had!"
