"Great check in and excellent staff"

"The hotel foyer/reception was like a building site. Whilst I was informed beforehand that work was being undertaken, I didn’t expect it to be so major. The reception (when we found it) was a small office room in which staff were eating their meals. We were directed to chalet accommodation which quite frankly was shabby ( stained carpets and linen). Absolutely no signposts were put up to advise arriving guests as to where to check- in. I dined at a temporary restaurant that was set up in a tent (...

"The staff was hardly there when you needed them which is the reason I might never go back but the rooms were clean and the area was quiet and also close to public transportation."

"When we arrived, we learned the hotel was overbooked but the manager helped us into one of their sister properties. The room was comfortable and breakfast delicious. Service was great aside from some young guy at the front desk with a horrible attitude (thank goodness for the great manager!)"
