"Many years ago, before the infamous conflagration that destroyed part of the hotel, I stayed there. Also, every Sunday, my family and I would indulge in tea/coffee with fresh scones, cream and strawberry jam. The bar, then, was most charming. "The stay at ATKV Eiland is amazing. Good value for money, and wurth every cent. Tidy and clean. All the facilities is there to keep you occupied and busy. Or else you can just relax next to the clean swimming pool with the restaurant right there. Table tennis, jukskei, bowls, all available. Will definitely be spending more time at this resort!!!"

The triple room is like an old granny house, the linen not even the right sizes for the beds, towels not that clean, no bathfoams etc sachet, wardrobe has only 4 hangers, no drinking water supplied, no glasses. "The pillows was very hard to use. Bathroom does not have a light. Blanket not comfortable to use, it was those heavy blaket. We were given a plastic teaspoon to use. They ask us how much did we paid before they gave us a room. But they welcomed us. They were so friendly. "
