"The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. "As Muslims it is very difficult when having breakfast because there is no distinction between Halal Food and Non-Halal food. We saw that same spoons and tongs were used for multiple dishes (both for halal and non halal dishes). Some of the dishes at the breakfast buffet was not labeled. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, front office staff were very nice and helpful, excellent facilities."

"Lovely hotel with helpful staff that helped us with taxi rides and extending our stay. The room we got was big enough for our family of 5 and the beds were spacious. We loved the area of the hotel and the ambience was lively. There was a great variety of dining options, markets and the centre attached had coffee places. Even though it was within a gated community, we absolutely loved the atmosphere and seeing Shenzhen come alive and we felt part of the community. We would not hesitate to stay...
