"Conveniently located right next to the train station. Like entering a castle to rest & relax! Got a high floor for my room which has amazing views of the city. Loved the public bath at the basement, probably the biggest one I’ve ever been in for a hotel amenity! Would certainly stay here again for my next visit to Sapporo."

"We stayed for 1 night. This hotel’s location is really convenience. Downstairs is the domestic airport. International airport is just 15 minutes walk. Dining and shopping area are so handy that we can shop until last minute. The room is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Great property. Location to the Minami-Chitose train station was perfect (15 minute walk), but getting food was tough. Everything around these accommodations has sadly closed. Bring groceries or snacks with you."

"This nondescript hotel blends in so well you may miss it when you first get there. There is an ample parking lot a half a block away. The room we got was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was filled with both Western and local food. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Biei is very beautiful itself especially in the fall. However there are hot springs, forests and waterfalls a quick drive from here."
