"Loved everything about the hotel and Niseko ski experience. My only suggestion is to add ski racks/tubes on the outside of the buses to make it much easier to transport back and forth to the ski area. Having your skis stacked on the front seats is inefficient and causes damage to the skis. It would be so much easier if there were racks on the outside of the buses. See Aspen or most US resorts for ideas/pictures"

"The Maples Niseko is a beautiful accommodation with very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed for 1 week here and really enjoyed our time. The rooms were spacious, very clean and filled with amenities such as a dishwasher, rice cooker, kettle, chiller and freezer and a washer/dryer. The ski in/ski out was very convenient going to the lifts and coming back to the Maples with no extra walking required. "The property was very new and modern with a full kitchen including all essential utensils and cookware with easy access to Annupuri base area as well as a few places to eat. It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Other than that it was very comfortable and nice. "

Hot water in bathroom hot for a while, cold for a while, very unpredictable and made showering not pleasant at all, and this happens in all the shower room in the unit I stayed in. Many bugs in the room, most of it dead, looks like house keeping didn't see underneath the sofa chairs. I stayed for 10 days, they only cleaned the room every 2 days, 1st and 3rd day they replenish the amenities for the facial lotion that comes in a small...
