What a surprise to learn that this stay gains access to a sixth generation adjacent garden (easily 3 acres in area) not available to the public and easily comparable in beauty to the Terra Nostra gardens. Imagine sitting under vast 200 year old trees listening to nothing but birdsong and the beautiful river running through the property whilst inhaling the subtle fragrance of azaleas and clean air. "The host and welcome gift were exceptional! The home was a nice, traditional family home and had a beautiful yard and was a short walk to everything in Furnas. We were there in March, and it was very cold and windy the day we arrived. We were able to move some space heaters around to get things warm. The space was larger than we needed for my two kids and I, and it would be perfect for smaller group like us or larger family. Thanks for a great stay!"
