"Our stay in Osaka was made perfect by having chosen this accommodation. We found the apartment even better than was described on line, and our host Hossy was on hand to greet us cheerily even though it was late in the evening. He briefed us on everything we needed to know,and gave us advice on where the metro and supermarket were, and invaluable local information. The apartment had all we needed , including aircon, washing machine, nice kitchen and appliances, and the apartment is super clean...

"The map location took us to the small road and end road in the back. We needed to reverse out to the front road. I thought it was a house but it wasn't. It's an apartment with 3 bedrooms with very very small living area. You can't even walk together or walk opposite direction. You need to wait someone walk pass first then you can walk. "Very convenient accomodation. 5 minute walk from 2 different train lines - including a JR Line. Several laundromat and convenience store/supermarkets within 5 minutes walk. Restaurants plentiful in the area. Super fast broadband, aircon. Nagai Sports Arena 10 minutes away. Hossy was easy to contact if needed and provided plenty of information for anyone who may have needed to find their way around."

"To begin.. the address changed to somewhere else.. took a hour to get there.. the rooms had small beds the size of cots .. we asked for a room to hold 3-4 people .. they gave us 2 cots instead. staff didn't speak English when we tried calling and they wouldn't change the room or give a refund. We left the next morning and never heard back from the staff other than leave the keys in mailbox. "
