"This is our second trip there and the owners are very accommodating & friendly and the property is in a beautiful setting , with a great little pool. Unfortunately we were there on a Monday night, so there was no dinner service. But otherwise we were very pleased and will be back next year! "

"We were two couples who stayed at this wonderful home in Pofi. We were met by the owner Luigi, his daughter and son. They showed us all around the house, explained all the details and answered our many questions. The house was immaculately clean, had three bedrooms with very comfortable beds, three large bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining room, washing machine and even a dryer. "This property is located in a great location, about halfway between the Piazza Comunale and the Cattedrale at the summit of the town. The small house is clean and well equipped and the hostess Katia is very helpful and friendly. Be advised that the bedrooms are up a steep flight of stairs and that there is no air conditioning. The value is very good for the price. Anagni definitely merits a visit of a couple days."

"Property is in need of refurbishment and maintenance. General appearance is past its glory days. Room was large and lacked seating area. Room was cold. TV was too low when watching it from only the location, the bed. Shower head was about to break, and sink faucet needed new washer. Toilet ran all night. "

"The room we had was clean, the bed was comfortable. I definitely recommend eating at their restaurant, it was excellent. We missed the included breakfast however they packed some pastries for us to eat in the car. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. "

Loved the hotel and staff.

"The hotel property and grounds were beautiful. The staff friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was very good. It's a great base for exploring the area. The only issue we had was probably due to us travelling in the off season. It was very difficult to find many open restaurants for dinner. I don't know if this is practical for the hotel but it may be worth their while to offer meals in the evening. The restaurants we found had excellent cuisine. To be clear this is a suggestion and nor a complaint. I'm sure during high season this isn't a problem. We loved our stay."

"Staff was very friendly and attentive. As many hotels in Italy, that at one time they were filled with tourists, business meetings, and events , that has changed. The hotel is tired and can use a fresh update. The staff maintained excellent and welcoming service. This hotel was a gem in its day but the staff and service shine bright!"
