"I had a wonderful stay at this place! It is SUPER clean and close to lots of things; easy to get to where you want to go from there. I was staying in town for a conference, and it’s a 5-7 minute walk to the convention center. The owners have thought of everything-so many cute little touches in the loft. It’s a whole vibe in there! Great experience and I would definitely stay there again!"

"This property was perfect for our group of 6 to reunite for shows at the nearby 9:30 Club and to explore the DC area. The apartment is just as beautiful as photographed, and the rooftop deck was our favorite of the 3 outdoor spaces we enjoyed. The area has everything you need nearby. Most notably, however, our host Anthony was very responsive and he worked to make our visit perfect for our group. "

"There was so much that was wrong with our stay. First, it was not the apt as shown in the pictures. The lighting was dreary —only one overhead light in the bedroom and living room. The front door didn’t lock and the rugs on the stairs and in the living room were disgustingly dirty. The walls were dingy and showed signs of being painted over in spots in a haphazard way. there were picture frames on the walls with no pictures and broken glass. "The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up. We did not let that ruin our stay and you shouldn’t either. Communicating with the owner was great. She is friendly and quick to respond. "It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed."
