"Loved our stay here. It’s perfectly located to walk to the center of town and the train and launching points for other activities! The staff were lovely including the sweet driver. We arrived early and so waited for our room in the lounge. Staff provided tea and the wait was pleasant. However, at the changing of shifts it seems the next shift didn’t know we had arrived and were waiting so I reduced a star for that. "Spend 3 nights with family. Beautiful and fun hotel. Lots of food options and entertainment. Ski shop for rentals and ski passes is a huge bonus. Few min walk to downtown village and all the shopping and restaurants. "

Very modern, lovely decor…excellent spa and staff

"Fabulous hotel, staff was outstanding. Jacuzzi’s could have been warmer but jets were strong for a good calf massage after a long day of skiing! Spa was lovely, sauna and hammam were very hot which was great. Rooms not large but adequate. We had a group of 8 rooms, mostly couples and all were pleased. We would stay there again for sure. "
