"The property is not handicap friendly. I walk with a cane. You have to walk quite a bit, even if you park in a handicap space. There were no luggage carriers, so we had to make two trips. Also, there was no microwave in the room. At this price there should be one."

"The front desk manager, Melissa, was extremely helpful when there was an issue with the thermostat in our room. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, due to an impending snow storm, we had to cut our stay short. Melissa worked with the gentleman from Expedia to complete my travel insurance claim. We will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"Everything was good overall. The front receptionist did not greet us, she looked like she hate her job. The room was clean except there’s red spot on one of the bed sheets. They did changed it next day after I told the front desk. The hotel is pet friendly, we could hear noises occasionally from our room at night. The room is super dry during the winter I recommend bring a humidifier. We bought one after we couldn’t sleep on the first night. "

"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "

The person at the desk was courteous and professional, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was decent. It met all my expectations and the price was very reasonable. "Stayed in a two- bedroom suite that slept “6”. Unit had a kitchen which was great for food prep before and after skiing. Beds were amazingly comfortable but pull out couch wasn’t ideal for two people. Room had small table - could have been bigger, and limited but adequate kitchen supplies. Night staff was not very helpful for day staff was very responsive. We’d go back for sure. 5 minutes to ski resort!"

"The property itself was fine. The tv would not work and it took 3 calls to maintenance. Once they got it on, it kept skipping and freezing every 10-15 seconds for the remainder of the visit. So trying to relax was immensely frustrating, especially with 3 kids wanting to chill and watch tv. "
