The location is very good, although the frequent road next to the hotel is a bit noisy. I would suggest serving some vegetables, ham and cheese for breakfast. "I had a really great stay. It was a tad confusing locating my room as it was through a door labelled ‘platinum suite’ which to me suggested a conference room. The room was nice and spacious, the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The TV had issues, nearly all channels besides BBC1 had poor signal. "The property was very clean..lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were very helpful the hotel is also a short walk to a bus stop into Lincoln City. This is a budget hotel and exceeded my epectations. I would definitely use it again. A small gripe is that one morning one staff member was complaining very loudly in the reception area about another staff member..I suggested maybe he should complain in an office and not in a public area. "

"Fantastic stay in this great accommodation. We had a great room which was spacious and had continental breakfast provided. The parking was on site and we had no problems with it.
