"Friendly welcome, smooth check in (used to be hotel receptionist so appreciate that all the more). Comfortable room with everything I needed - extra heater did make it a tad hot but OK once that off (woman of age with internal heating). Slept so well I overslept. Food at all conference events was great as was service. Slight issue with shower head pointing the wrong way and spraying the floor - operator error). Quick swim and steam refreshed me - had I not overslept, would have been down early...

"This is my second stay at the Nottingham Leonardo Hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Staff are approachable, friendly and attentive. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. The hotel is nlt even a 10 minute walm to Nottingham trajn station, a 20/30 minute walk to the main high street and Victoria Centre shopping centre."

There are some bits that are needing updating, carpet ripped, marks on walls, but it was clean, tidy and great value for money for its location and what we needed. The parking is a 2 minute walk to Lace Street car park. "
