Excellent and attentive staff. Liked the post industrial loft vibe with walkout balcony city views. Also very near the train station and Fukuyama Castle.

Near train station which was nice. Is harder to find as it is inside of an overhang off the street. Once you find it its easy to navigate to as near main dinning and shopping area. I went during a slow time of year, but got a little street noise but not much. Good outlet and mini area for luggage. I had 3 bags (size of airplane carry on) and all fit under bed. In summer, the sleeping area might get a little stuffy as no vent, but if you have a mini fan this shouldnt be an issue. Receptionist was nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They made the stay 5 stars!

Chambre de 4 lits avec salle de bains et toilette. Pas d’équipement pour réchauffer un plat mais un petit frigo. Très bon emplacement près de la gare. Point négatif, pas de places ou boîte qui peut être verrouillée pour les effets de valeur

築50年リノベなので、安全でない。それは仕方ないが鍵かけれる金庫をおいて欲しい。 騒音は、暖房……寒くて入れて強にしたらうるさい。寝具とかも、時期的なものを考えると…寒かったです。 個室だけでも絨毯にして欲しいです

宿泊費を安く抑えたい&他の方とも交流出来たらと考え、こちらを選びました。 お風呂も洗面所も綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。 気になった点は、 ・靴が置いてないと、どこに既に人がいるのかが分からないので、カーテンを開け閉めして判断するのですが、在室等表示があるといいなと。 ・ベッドが個室の幅に対して大きめなので、部屋によっては金庫がベッドに擦れて開けにくい。 総合的には満足です！ありがとうございました。

快適、おしゃれ、静か。
2月上旬、一泊宿泊。 友人に会うために訪れた駅の近くでゲストハウスを探していたところこちらを見つけました。 ホストの方がとても丁寧に親切に接してくださいます。 ひとりでチェックインだったので緊張しましたが、杞憂でした。 別棟のドミトリーまでは案内してくださいます。 ちょうど一年前にオープンされたということで外観はもちろん内観も綺麗です。 今回は一部屋で4名が利用可能なドミトリーを利用しました。ベッドルームが個別（遮光カーテンで仕切りあり）でシャワールームとレストルームは共有です。洗面台は2つあります。 私はお部屋の照明がとても気に入りました。壁の色も落ち着くブルーで心地よい空間だと思います。 寒がりなので、ベッドに毛布が添えてあり安心しましたしとても嬉しく思いました。 シャワールームスペースは広め。 160cmの女性だと両手を真横に広げられるくらいの広さです。シャワーヘッドが大きくて、水圧も充分。たっぷりのお湯で湯舟こそ無いものの、温まることができました。 たまたま貸し切りだったのですが、周りの環境音は全く気になりませんでした。 また、訪れたいと思います。

駅前にも関わらず価格設定もとても良く、子連れで利用しましたが満足出来ました。 お部屋はお洒落でとにかくシンプル！それがとても好印象でした。時計やテレビがないので子供には退屈だったかもしれませんが、会話を楽しむのにちょうど良かった。駐車場が少し離れてるので、出来れば近いと有難いが、また利用したい。
