About 8 min walk from Hakata Shinkansen station. Onsen is good, relaxing but a pretty handful of patrons so it can get a little busy. Hotel room was overall clean.

Originally I booked a single room. When I checked in the room , I found the bed sheet is dirty and then I reported to the staff to change it. They are so nice and change a larger room for me instead. That’s very good. Onsen is great and breakfast is delicious. I will stay there again.

小学５年生と夫婦で宿泊。ダブルベッド1台の部屋を予約しましたが、ベッドが意外に小さく３人では寝れず、イス２脚をベッド横に置いて半分落ち掛けで寝られませんでした。せめて同じ高さ位のイスがもう一脚か、ソファーでもあればよかったのですが・・・。

立地は便利、温泉もあり、朝ごはんは1500円と思えないクオリティーでした。 しかし、全てを台無しにするほどに酷い接客態度が本当に残念でなりません。 口コミでスタッフがダメとたくさんかいていましたが、そんなことはないだろうと予約してこれかーとわかりました。 まず、素泊まりといわれたら朝ごはんあり。 アメニティーは歯ブラシだけは部屋設置も多いですが。全く部屋になにもないけど案内はなし。 温泉時間の案内もない。 タオル持ちこみかどうかの案内もない、施設の2つ隣が温泉ですが、建物でなくても行ける案内もしないおかげで寒空の中風呂着で往来に出ないと温泉にいけずかなり驚きました。 温泉宿は浴衣で食事される方も多いですが、温泉着では食事してはいけない案内もしなく、散々待たされエレベーターにのってフロントについたら追い返されました。 食事は一瞬席をはなれたら席は片付けてありました、他にたくさんテーブルあいているのに。 温泉からホテル営業みきりかえたのかもしれませんが、あまりにひどすぎました。 態度も話し方も丁寧じゃなく安安のビジネスホテル以下でした、ホテル研修とかいれたらよいのに。 エレベーターがやたら遅いのも気になりました。
