The location is very convenient for some sightseeing, shops, dining. Near temple areas, quiet & not crowded unless you go to the bars & nightlife areas. The room was quite smaller than we expected.

The room is really small for 2 people. I can't stand comfortable for bath (178cm) . The location is good and near MTR Station and quiet environment. There are 24 hours Aeon Markets. We take taxi from airport to hotel is within 20 minutes.

There was a ton of black mold on the vent of our shower. When we asked to move rooms, they refused to move us to a different room, and instead only offered to clean the room again the following day.

セルフチェックインやパスワード式のスマートロックなど、ITを活用して余計なものを省いたサービス提供は良かった。 個室の作りは隣の部屋の音が聞こえたりと少し壁やドアの薄さが気になった。(そのせいか耳栓もサービス品として居室内に用意されていました) あとは照明のスイッチがベッドの近くに無く、就寝起床時に使いづらさを感じた。

全体的に清潔でとても過ごしやすかったです。 受付も無人ですがわかりやすく、気楽でした。 ただ、隣の部屋の音などが少し気になりましたが寝れないなどのレベルではなかったので大丈夫でしたが神経質な方にはオススメしません。 あとは、どういったサービスをしているのか (コーヒーが無料だとかパジャマは１Fにあるなど) お部屋にも表示をして頂けると助かります。

체크인 할 때 조금 어려웠던 부분이 있었지만 방의 넓이가 생각보다 넓어서 좋았고 근처에 편의점이나 마트, 전철, 캐널시티까지 가는 거리가 걸어서 가기에 보다 용이했던 것 같습니다. 방음이 잘 안된다는 걸 감안한다면 다음번에 스타라이즈 호텔에 또 묵고 싶습니다.

5連泊しました。無人ホテルは初めてでした。フロントは「無人」という意味でした。スタッフの方々とは何回も会えて、気持ちよく応対してくださり、安心して過ごせました。 朝食サービスを期待していたのですが、廃止となっていました。残念でしたが仕方がありません。朝7時からコーヒーが使えることになっているようですが（24時間使えるかと思っていましたが・・・）7時になっても電源が入らなかったり、コーヒーマシンが故障したりしていたので、クレームを入れさせていただきました。すぐに対応してくださり、滞在の後半は毎日おいしくいただけました。 バスルームの給湯ですが、勢いよく流すとほぼ水になります。水量を控えめにすると、温水をバスタブに溜めることができます。故障かと思ってクレームを入れてしまいました。 もう一点。隣の部屋の会話（通話？）がよく響いてきます。アメニティに「みみせん」がたくさんあります。みみせん、お勧めです。
