Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Overall, very dissatisfied, primarily due to not enough information about the hotel. A day or so before arriving, I received "self check-in instructions" by text. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator and very difficult for older people to climb stairs with heavy luggage. After many tries, the entry code did not work, but we were able to eventually enter because 2 guests were coming outside. Later, each time we tried to re-enter, we had difficulty with the entry code, (as did 2 other guests I met at the entry.)
Instructions said to leave cash in the room for a city accommodation tax, because it was not included in the initial price. (No receipt.)
Hotel is not traveller friendly!
