"We stayed at the beautiful Kaya villa. Our daughter was sick during our stay. Max our tour guide drove us to the doctor! Yoshko let us borrow her thermometer and brought us cookies. Everyone was incredibly kind and friendly - Taka our English speaking host exceedingly so. We also enjoyed the best dinner in Japan. Arigato for all the beautiful memories."

"From beginning to end, or stay was fantastic! Thank you to Hideo and Yukako for being such warm and welcoming hosts. Hideo picked us up from the bus stop and took us shopping, allowing us to pick up anything we needed for the nights dinner and morning breakfast, then on to the house to get settled in.The house is lovely and clean with everything you could need and more. "Our crew enjoyed a delightful time in the Kyoto farmhouse. The hosts were most accommodating, Hideo-San is a man of many talents, and his wife is compassionate and very kind. The house itself had the necessary items for cooking and living comfortably. There is a very sweet café, which features kitties and delicious food just a few footsteps away. If we ever find ourselves in this part of the world again, we will certainly reach out and reconnect with these sweet landlords. "
