Went around the end of March with 9 people (all adults). Overall satisfied with the location, amenities, and comfort. Two things that could have made the stay much better: - the check-in system takes a lot of time if you are travelling in a big group. They require you to add the names AND addresses for each guest, which has to be typed out on an Ipad - The beds are too small for two adults - They should allow guests who arrive before check-out time to use the common area while waiting

1. The terrace/garden table was stained with oil, possibly cooking oil from previous residents. Therefore, it was not pleasant to use. 2. The grass in the garden was too long and not properly trimmed. 3. We expected there is basic cooking supplies, for example, salt, sugar, pepper, and cooking oil, but there was none.

チェックインは登録した電話番号でした。これは私も口コミを見ていなければ迷っていたと思います。またBBQができると書いてありましたが、ホットプレートでのもので、12月に外でやるには寒すぎました。サウナはとてもよかったと思います。アメニティが豊富ではないので持ち物がたくさんあったイメージです。部屋自体はとてもキレイで過ごしやすかったので満足です。

一言で言って、最高でした！！！ 当日昼間は富士急ハイランドで遊び、疲れ果てて宿に到着しましたが、入った瞬間に疲れが吹っ飛ぶくらい、清潔で癒される空間でした。 お風呂も半露天風呂になっていて、人工温泉でしたが、とても気持ちよかったです。 調味料がないので、自炊される方は持って行ったほうがいいです。 食洗機がないので、手荒れが気になる方はビニール手袋を持っていた方がいいです。 自宅では食洗機で洗っているので、小さくてもいいので食洗機を設置してもらえると嬉しいです。 1泊の利用でしたが、こちらに泊まったおかげで日頃の疲労も回復しました。 また利用させていただきます！

立地はとても良くてアクセスしやすいし、緑に囲まれていて静かな環境でもあります。 2世帯で大人6人、子ども3人の宿泊でちょうどいい広さでした。 子どもたちもすごく楽しんでいました。 もし可能であればコーヒーメーカーと掃除機を用意いただければさらに良いかと思われます。 チェックインについて、予約コードをそのまま入れている方が多くてそれでなかなかうまくいけず戸惑っているようです。自分は隣の方に聞いて分かったのですが、予約欄に予約時の電話番号を入れる必要ですw。それを明記いただければよりスムーズかと思います。また、未だにチェックアウトはいるかよく分からなくてそのままチェックアウト時間前に帰っていますが、それをガイドに書いていただけますと幸いです。 色々細かいことを書いていますが、実は家族全員が今回の滞在にはとても満足しています。
