"Everything was basic but good. The reception lady was very friendly. Breakfast was good and tasty. This is a no frills place. It’s clean and tidy. Doesn’t have tea coffee facilities or a lift/elevator. Toiletries are just a little cake of soap so take everything else."

"Wir hatten Bettwanzen in unserem Zimmer und hatten anschließend überall langanhaltende juckende Bisse. Der Ärger die Tierchen auch zu Hause aus den Räumlichkeiten zu entfernen kam noch hinzu. Das Hotel zeigte sich leider nicht kulant sich hierbei finanziell zu beteiligen."

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Terrific little property only a few hundred metres from the Central Train station and an easy 15 to 20minute walk to the Old Town/Market Square. The excellent Sillpark Shopping Centre is also only 200m away, so the location is excellent. Just be aware the property has no elevator so you will need to use the stairs."

"Really lovely hotel in a hugely convenient location. Beautiful interiors and breakfast was great too. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - perfect customer service. We were blown away by how friendly and professional they were. A comfortable nights sleep and perfect hotel for exploring Innsbruck. "

"Great location, close to centre, buses and sightseer bus stopped outside hotel. Great view of the mountains from the room and breakfast was vast. Hotel was very clean. Staff were not as welcoming as other hotels i have stayed in, however, they were very professional and efficient at check in and check out, and were very helpful with any queries, which is what is important to us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. All round a great stay with no complaints. "

"We had a great stay at NALA in Innsbruck. The hotel nicely designed, comfortable and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. "Absolutely loved staying here. The hotel is so nicely decorated and styled, the staff are wonderful and it is in such a great location. Would wholey recommend to anyone looking for Innsbruck accommodation. Don't miss the Welcome Card on offer too, depending on your length of stay you get perks. But definitely good for use of public transport "
