As for the capsule, the bed is comfy and was roomy for me (as a 5'5 person). I didn't have any problems with it being hot in the capsule however I can definitely see how someone can get hot easily in it. "This place has 5 floors and one slow elevator. They put me on the 2nd floor capsule, 4th floor lockers, 5th floor spa , 1st floor shoes. A lot of work to come and go at this place from changing your cloth to getting your shoes . No signs in English glad I was there for only one night. "
