"Door lock malfunction. No place to hang or place anything. Only 2 or 3 a.c. outlets. Coffee machine but no coffee availble. Insanely noisey heater. No toilet paper roll dispenser. Pillows shaped like marshmallows. Totally ridiculous. No drink or snack machines. Staff hard to understand. Breakfast acceptable but with bare minimum menu. If waffle iron & toaster used simultaneously it pops a circuit breaker. Room still needs finishing/painting. All rooms accessible from outside only"
