"Came on a 1-day trip w family of 5 (3 teens) bf a wknd bball tourney. Wanted more space than a traditional hotel (3+ beds, 2 bathrooms) without breaking the bank and this fit the bill. Check-in was easy (altho u do have to complete a pre-check w ID and some signatures online several hrs prior), and host communication was great. The space is GREAT: there’s a king suite (walk-in shower) and 2 semi-private ‘lofts’ w queen beds. I took off a star bc the walls r VERY thin, and if the tenants above...

" We loved the place and would stay there again. As other people have stated, the people upstairs are loud but it's mostly just the sound of walking around and occasionally dropping things. There are earplugs on the nightstand if you need them. Note about the location. We arrived at night and could not figure out how to get to the back of the apartment. The drive is a one way circle around TWO apartments. There is no access between them. You must go past the apartment ON...

"Our stay was fantastic. Property was conveniently located to street car, bars, restaurants, riverfront. The apartment was perfect for two couples with bedroom en-suite on each side of the open living area. Property owner was most gracious and easy to contact. Would definitely book again on next trip to KC!"
