"The front desk supervisor checked us in. He was polite, efficient, professional and made us feel extremely welcomed. Our room was impeccably tidy and clean. The view of the church across the street was also a welcomed perk. The Nespresso machine was also a plus, although we could have used more than 2 capsules for our 2 night stay. The pods were not replenished so we had to request more the next day. Small minus for what was a wonderful stay at a first rate hotel in downtown Montreal. Other hotels should take notes from this property as this was one of our most enjoyable hotel experiences ever ! Yes, a highly recommended property indeed ! "

"This was our first family trip with our dog and Omni Mont-Royal turned out to be a great choice for us. Location was great as we wanted to explore the Mont and other parks around the area with our dog, and I particularly appreciated that the fee for having our dog with us was a one-time fee rather than a fee per night. I also appreciated the hotel staff preparing a drinking water station (with fruit infused) in the lobby, and I later realized that they also prepare a coffee station in the morning. The room was quite spacious and simple with all your basic needs. "

"Very clean and comfortable rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast options were good and very tasty, but service for food orders were slow. The hotel was on a quiet road not far from restaurants and Notre Dame Basilica. There was a heat wave while we were there so the pool on the rooftop was very welcome."

"Lovely property with large suites, an indoor pool, grocery delivery, daily room service, breakfast, and a coffee shop next door. Note to those who drive larger vehicles, the parking is only 5'5" so no trucks or vans. Only thing I might recommend is to have early breakfast to go for early travellers. Otherwise, my stay was perfect! Highly recommend and would stay again!"
