"Great people in a storybook beachside garden group of rooms and bungalows. This is definitely off the resort track and right into the Negril beach culture. Had a hard time finding it by cab since it's about 100 meters down a narrow path from the main drag to beach."

"True to its name it is a Peaceful Cozy Place. Located in Montego Bay West Village. Having Tony with https://irietravelandtours.com living just down the street made traveling to Jamaica's hot spots very convenient. Tony also introduced me to a lot of non-traditional life in Jamaica. "Well maintained property with adequate restaurant. Not walkable as West End Road dangerous for the lack of sidewalks resulting in pedestrian fatalities and nighttime robberies. If you like early morning coffee, you will be disappointed, as the restaurant is closed until @ 8 am and there are no kettles or coffee makers in the room. "

"This please was very clean, however very ghetto. This place is in the cut of a main road in the hood. It is NOT walking distance to the beaches in the Negril, the place is in WESTEND. The place doesn’t give vacation home, it gives my family has a house near Negril and we can stay there. The host was very nice, and communicated with me very well. He also insured that we were safe. Cool experience will not go again. Plus you have to pay extra for AC!"

"As per email exchange with Hotels.com, we are trying to obtain a refund for this booking as, on arrival at the hotel, the gate was chained closed. We had kept trying to phone to confirm our ETA but the telephone number was unobtainable. The hotel did not attempt to contact us. We were very disappointed as the remote location really appealed to us."

"This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!"
