"Being relatively new, the resort was super chill, clean and beautiful. We loved the snorkeling excursions offered through Scuba Caribe (did them twice!) and everyone was super friendly and fun to talk to. Pretty much the only issue we had was with the elevators on the adult side seemed to be out of service a lot which was a little annoying with us being on the 4th floor. Minor inconvenience otherwise the resort is built to be very accessible and are very accommodating when you need help. Negril Beach is only a 15 min drive away so you can easily spend the day there and access other activities. We had a great week just relaxing. We'd definitely recommend this place for those looking for a chill resort. "

"S Hotel was a nice vibe ,enjoyed my stay. If you are looking for a party type all inclusive resort than its not that ,but they do have activites throughout the day. . 3 speciality restuarants on property an Italian, Jamican and seafood restuarant open for dinner only and they require reservations.They seem to always be booked. These restuarants are not open every day or have the same day every week that they are open. You have to go to the desk to ask what dinner restaurant is open and see if reservation is available... that's the only negative I have to say. There is a breakfast,lunch and dinner buffet open with variety of food options.Bar was open from 11am to 10pm. If you want premium liquor than thats an additional cost not included in all inclusive. There is a grill open throughout the day for pool and beach goers at Doctor Cave.The property is well kept you always see people cleaning and maintaence being done. The room was was very nice and spacious well decorated. The staff were friendly and service was great can't complain. Would definitely choose S hotel again."

"This was my first time staying here. The location was perfect. Check in was fast and easy. My room was in the back so noise was not a problem. The service was top notch!! Every staff memeber, and i mean every staff member i encountered was very friendly and helpful. A Very happy and positive environment. Great entertainment, and the food was not bad. Not a large selection, but it was decent. There was also a grill, and a cafe. So that did add to the choices. Drinks were good. Security, Troy, was always very helpful! Andre, bellmen, always had a smile and never forgot my name! Marie, team leader in the dining room was one point. That dining room staff was very efficient and friendly. The only thing negative was the spotty wifi. I would definitely stay there again!"
