"We went on a last minute out of town trip to Billings with the kids and were not sure what to expect. I will say at 2AM the vibe is way different from 10AM. It was a little scary getting in and there was a drunk guy at reception but the staff noticed I was uncomfortable and got my room assigned quickly and professionally to help get me out of the lobby which I appreciated. The lobby did not smell like cigarettes but the hallways by door C where our room was did very strongly. We had a room on the second floor and the stairs weren’t that bad. The room was clean and felt clean, the AC was ice cold and it was just what we needed after a long drive. The bed was so comfortable! My kids loved this hotel even though it wasn’t perfect, they loved the pool and even left house keeping a cute little note. All the staff we encountered were friendly and in the daylight the lobby was way more lively and comfortable. Overall I would stay again it was affordable and close to everywhere we needed to go. It was quiet as well. "

"For the price I paid, I would have to say it was one of the nicest hotels, I have stayed in. The room Igot was bigger than I was expecting, the staff were freindly and the lobby was nice. The internet is great if you need high speed both up and down. (I needed to upload a 4 gig file while there). Most hotels may have great download speed but super slow upload speeds."
