"Our 6th time to Fripp, this was our favorite house we’ve rented. Love the layout of the house, plenty of space with everything being close on the same floor. Everything was very clean. Well stocked with essentials and much more. Great screened-in porch with ceiling fan. Beds very comfortable. Loved the neighborhood and the convenient location on the island. Only had one minor issue during our stay and Diane handled it immediately and was so kind. Would absolutely stay here again and highly...

"Our family had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful inside and out. The back porch overlooked the marsh. Beautiful views. The second golf cart was broken which was a bummer as it was needed but we rented one from local dealer. Highly recommended this house!"

We booked the hot tub balcony, and could se that unit next door, but ours didn't include a hot tub off the master/only bedroom upstairs. Wish we had the info about the cruises earlier - we missed the shelling cruise and there were no other options during our stay. But the community amenities were lovely, and the proximity to Savannah perfect. "

"Look no further…Mermaid Cove is perfect, peaceful Fripp paradise. The cottage is well stocked and decorated beautifully. The show stopper is the screened in porch overlooking the marsh. Those views are simply enchanting and only made better with morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. Margaret is amazing to work with. We will most definitely be back."
