This condo is in the heart of the Island and is just a short walk to the Beach Access. Perfect for couples and solo adventures. Featuring an updated space and beach themed decor, this space is perfect to relax in after a day at the beach. **Due to the low nightly price, Amenity cards are NOT available. You cannot purchase them either. I do not have a membership.”

fantastic vaca
If you are staying on Fripp and don't need one of the big houses this condo is perfect for 2 or 3 people. Located in the middle of the island and right behind the pickle ball courts. So close to the beach, just cross the road and you are there. The owner was responsive to all of my questions. Beautiful condo and was stocked with all we needed. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was heaven.

It was good
We did not like being on the third floor. I assumed when it said third floor that there was an elevator. Also feel that we should had amenities cards available to purchase or two free with our stay. It makes you think that you access to the pool and other things.

Nice 1-Bedroom in Excellent location
We had a very nice stay in this updated one-bedroom Beach Club villa on Fripp Island -- ideally located right across from the Beach Club and a short walk to the ocean. The space is comfortable with a nice deck overlooking the marsh. Please know that his unit is on the 3rd floor...and there is no elevator. 35 steps up and down got a bit tiring (especially hauling groceries!). But as long as you are prepared for the exercise, you will enjoy the unit.

This condo was the perfect amount of space for my husband and I with our dog. Everything was very clean and the decor is adorable. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with the fan on. It’s on the 3rd floor so that was the only annoying part with our dog. Other than that, we loved our stay!

Great getaway at Fripp
Clean and well kept rental with a beautiful view of the marsh. Spent time watching the sunset from the balcony. The place had everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

The condo/apartment is well managed, clean and pleasant view. Note that It's located on the third floor, walking up and down the outside stairway is unpleasant, especially if you are carrying heavy luggage, cooler, groceries etc.

Excellent get away spot
I just finished 35 days at the property and I found everything exactly as described and in great shape. The condo is well done and in an excellent location. The beach is directly across the street from the condo and the marsh/canal is directly behind. Great views from the screened in porch. The fishing from the pier was good, caught some sheepshead and even a redfish. I did some fishing from the beach as well. Did some red fishing on the local waterways and they are all full of redfish. I recommend the property. Security did regular patrols and was diligent about access. All in all an excellent condo and a beautiful location. The deer were plentiful and there were various marsh birds always in sight and even an alligator or two on the golf course. I’ll definitely be staying there again. Sure beats the snow I came home to in PA.

LOCATION!
Location is fantastic! Mid-island and very accessible to the beach. Just had to walk across the street. Saw deer everyday, along with alligators! The condo is excellent, as described. Loved having the washer and dryer in the condo! Kitchen is well equipped. We stayed a month to escape the mid-west cold and snow. We rented a golf cart. Loved our experience! Would definitely rent again!

Great location. The WiFi didn’t work. Well coordinated furniture. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from the previous rental. The Keurig was a bonus. There were pubic hairs in the shower and more disturbing, on the sheets (which we re-washed). Loved the screened-in deck and rocking chairs. Several lights were burned out (only 1/3 in the bathroom worked and the dimmer switch in the kitchen has a short in it.) Great view of the marsh. Common areas need a good deep cleaning.
