"Pablo and his mother waited for us to do the check in, I felt at home when they both welcomed us, they even sent transportation to pick us up, and the customer service was great! "Our stay was absolutely amazing! One of the highlights was the breakfast, which is an absolute must. It’s served at their sister café just down the street, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was incredibly delicious, with fresh and flavorful options to start the day right, and the service was warm and attentive. A perfect addition to an already wonderful stay!"

"A clean hotel at a cheap rate. It was a bangaloo indeed, but was OK for a stay in the middle of camino walking. There was a virtual reception. You need make a call to a receptionist. However, they were kind and helpful. I slept well there. "

"I had a really great stay in my time there. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. The breakfast they offer is very good with a lot of variety. The hotel is also in a great location - very close to both the bus station and The San Froilan area of the old city. The train station is about a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel."

"Good location and very clean, but very difficult to rest when you can hear conversation level noise and water rushing everytime a toilet flushed or someone showered in another rooom. Better for 1 person than 2 as no privacy when in the bathroom."

"The lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was incredibly cramped. There was almost no place to put anything and the bed covers look dirty. I would’ve appreciated a place to put my soap in the shower other than the floor."
