"Overall it was a bit dirty for me and there was no view of the gulf. I found four dead roaches and there were cobwebs in the common area. Also the photo posted with the Gulf view is deceptive. This property rightfully says near the beach but that photo tells a different story. The floors looked really dirty because of the grout work between the tiles. I didn't walk around barefoot. Bathroom sink drain was clogged as well. I arrived the first day after dark and the unit was not clearly marked so...

"We really enjoyed our stay. We did have to get our own amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. There was a lizard and bugs in the house but other than that it was comfortable and spacious. The property location was good."

"I really don't know where to start regarding this property. I'll start by saying BEWARE! It is located in, what looks like, a poor community. Upon arriving I witnessed a guy on a bicycle at one of the other houses making an exchange through the fence. I honestly believe it was a drug transaction. It felt extremely unsafe, the neighborhood is NOT being updated, this property is the single & only home that has been renovated. "Grounds damaged from recent hurricane; no beach as indicated; missing bed linens & wash clothes upon arrival; a/c window unit tripped the breaker & the property manager did not respond to my email motivation — I had to call her hours laters, & she “instructed” me to go outside to flip the breaker panel switch if I wanted the a/c to come back on. Interior was decorated nicely, but bldg itself is run down."

"This home was awesome! A group of girls were in town for a conference and we booked this rental. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the rooms and the backyard with the hot tub was much needed after a long day of learning."
