"I liked everything, especially how friendly and helpful the staff were. What I didn’t like was that there wasn’t much choice for breakfast. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were both very hard and overcooked. Otherwise, my family was happy with everything. "

"The hotel is located in the city center, about 10 minutes' walk from the central train station HBF and less than 10 mins' walk from Konigsallee and its stores. The hotel is very nice, but since there was no one at the front desk, I had to use the self-service machine to check in, but it didn't work and I had to wait nearly 30 mins for an employee to show up (no employees in the lobby or at the bar). "I like the concept. Everything works fine. There was some construction workers activities going on in the house but noet disturbing. The closing mechanism of the bathroom door is to strong. I will recommend the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff and lovely city. Only tip I would give is, don’t have the afternoon tea, just select one of there delicious cakes and have a drink of your choice. "
