"The owners spoke zero English and did not understand us even with using our interpreter app. They made us buy passes to the hiking trails in the forest even though we told them we had no time to do that. The room was extremely hot so we left the patio door open with a chair in front of it overnight. Sometime in the middle of the night the owner walked in without knocking and closed the door. There is only a slider curtain to the unit that cannot be locked. The only keys given was to the house...

Man zieht sich einfach zurück, verweist auf den Vermieter und die Gäste müssen sehen, wie sie mit der Situation umgehen. Keine Lösungsangebote, keine Kulanzregelung - einfach nix. "Meine Eltern hatten ihre Goldene Hochzeit und aus diesem Anlass sind Kinder, Enkel und Urenkel gemeinsam verreist. Wir waren 20 Personen mit einem Alter von 3 Monaten und 74 Jahren. Das Haus war super für unsere Reisegruppe und alle waren sehr zufrieden. Wir hatten genug Zimmer und mit den zwei Küchen und den beiden vereinten Wohnzimmern viel Platz. So konnten wir auch an einer langen Tafel alle Personen für Frühstück, Spieleabende und andere Dinge zusammen bringen. Das Haus war sauber....
