"We stayed at the larger gite which was charming and nicely decorated. Marie and Christian were great and helpful with suggestions re activities and restaurants. The gite is on a country road but traffic is light and we did not have an issue with noise. We will happily return again in the future."

"Reception staff were excellent, the room was a little "tired" but it is a budget hotel. The attached pizza restaurant was also very good value especially as we did not fancy a long walk into town. The breakfast was very good values for money at 7.5€ with small cooked offered too. Would return."

"I stayed in both the regular and the budget Ibis in Le Puy en Velay. Both were great. For the savings, I would probably stay in the budget Ibis again because it had everything I needed and it was right across from the train station. Both are convenient for touring the town or beginning the Camino."

"We arrived as a family of four. The hotel itself, buildings and grounds are well kept and looks recently updated. Our room was nice and met our needs well. My only issues were that the the food menu was limited and not suited to kids, we were also unable to get any refreshments in the day and after 9pm. There was also no milk in the room to accompany the coffee and tea. The hotel has two pools however the water in the outside pool looked mucky. Overall it was a nice hotel with grounds however...

La maison dispose de tout les équipements nécessaires...cependant nos enfants n'ont pas demandé d'allumer le téléviseur ! "This old building has been converted to an attractive and comfortable gite, with excellent views from the garden. It's a long way up the hill so quite cool. Hard to find the right building as we did not have adequate directions. The giveaway is the owner's name on the cover for the electricity meter on the wall alongside the road. Cleaning, bedlinen and towels are extra."
