"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"A wonderful find. We easily walked to town and to the beach in 15 minutes. Parking was good and although situated in a residential area it was very peaceful and quiet. It is attached to the owners property but there is a separate entrance and it felt very private. The property was well equipped and we were able to cook and enjoyed watching a few movies on the TV. We would love to come back and stay again."

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Property was clean, good location, near the cruise ports, restraunts, coffee shops. It was difficult for us to get into the building initially as we arrived later. But we got in touch with contact number and spoke with someone who arranged entry to building front door."

"Ample space and a stone throw away from the beach! Excellent apartment, very clean and fully functional kitchen which was very important for us. Many places to eat out all around as well. So much to do especially with young children, lots of fun activities and reasonably priced too. Would definitely go and again and highly recommend to everyone :)"

"We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings. There were a few minor down points, no broom which was much needed also no mop and when you have a mostly open shower it makes a difference, the bed...

"Front door handle was hanging off upon arrival Kitchen and dining table dirty Bath room light flickered dangerous on and off Front door lock to the block of flats was apparently broken so ended up locked out one evening. Celebrating 50th Birthday

"We booked a junior suite as we were celebrating a special birthday. The suite was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view looking at the ocean. You can lie on the bed and see the ocean. Breakfast was very enjoyable. I would stay again. The only downside was paying to park at the hotel. Which was £12. I think it should be included in the room price. "

"Hello. The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. The rooms were clean, efficient and as described - closer to a dormitory room than a high end traditional hotel room - which was fine as we were only there for the one night prior to getting on to a cruise. The hotel is easily reached from the Southampton Central station, the cruise port and the Old Town. "
