The screened porch was a great spot to watch the wildlife. The cabin appearance was rustic, but it had all the comforts I needed for the weekend. "

"This place was located in a very quiet neighborhood on what they call mansion row - so many historic houses like this one. The check in process was easy and the place was full of charm. It was perfect for my wife and I and very reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, it was very clean, and the provided snacks/coffee were a nice touch. It was nice that they also provide TVs with roku/firestick for free. We will definitely be back when we come back to the area next year! "

"Apartment is a nicely restored/remodeled unit, in a historic mansion, in a historic mansion community. Very neat place to stay. The 9 foot tall windows and 13 foot tall ceilings are amazing! The one piece limestone carved front steps are worth taking some time to appreciate (think of the work it took to do that in 1866!) as is the rest of the property. Be warned the upstairs bedroom does get a little warm, but setting the temp down on the thermostat an hour before bed remedied the situation...
