"The French Camp Bed and Breakfast is a very pleasant and peaceful place to stay. It is quiet and remote, just off the Natchez Trace. I enjoyed walking around the grounds to see all of the old cabins and barns. It was like taking a step back in time. The restaurant on site was also great. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a peaceful getaway."

TERRIBLE ALL THE WAY AROUND

"30 minutes before trying to check in at HomeGate Hotel in Louisville, I made reservation online to speed up check in. This was well after normal check in time around 7 pm. We had a service animal with us. We were informed that there would be a $500 extra charge as well as the $100 cleaning fee. I explained that the dog is registered. The manager was very rude when I tried to explain that the ADA covers service animals without extra charges. Never got key and was told he could not refund money because Hotels.com made reservation. Hotels.com service tells me that since it was after check in time, I could not get money refunded. Even though reservation was made well after their check in time to begin with. "
