"Maison spacieuse et bien située. Elle n’est malheureusement pas prévue pour les mois d’hiver. Véranda avec le coin repas dénuée de chauffage. Nous avons trouvé la maison a 16 degrés. Nous avons pu régler le souci après l’appel du propriétaire le lendemain pour régler un mauvais réglage de la température de la chaudière. Une première soirée et une première nuit pas vraiment agréable."

"The photos are very accurate and representative of the actual property. This isn't a new house so it isn't all sharp clean edges, instead it has character and is very spacious. As we had mixed weather this was important. The garden is well maintained too. It is also in a great location if you value being within walking distance of the beach and the various beach bars. It also has a bus stop outside with a direct service into Biarritz which we didn't plan for but was really useful. "

Went thru a thorough check in showing us everything, even with a bit of a language barrier (thank goodness for Google translate) Sandrine is absolutely wonderful and super responsive! "We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it."
