"The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. We made the reservation on Orbitz and prepaid the total amount on June 9th (~a month prior). When we check out, the reception lady asks us to pay again. We showed her Orbitz...

"Pues la habitación muy bien y el desayuno increíble de variado y bueno... Por ese precio!! Impresionante. Pero lo que más me da gustado es el sistema de trabajar. Llegas, la puerta de entrada está siempre abierta, subes a la primera planta y en la mesa están las llaves con tu nombre, la coges y te vas a la habitación. "We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights"
