"Paper thin walls between rooms, not great if you're a light sleeper. Spotlessly clean though Had DBB deal which was great value, but it was so rushed in the restaurant. Less than a minute between courses. Breakfast was mediocre, not a lot of selection in either hot or cold food, but what was there was really nice (thickest bacon i've ever eaten). Hotel bar very sociable with all the golfers. Overall - great for a one night stay."

It does need some attention, but it's an historic building - 400 years old! The stairs are crazy, like something from a funhouse! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Mario, the manager is awesome. Friendly, chatty and accommodating. There's no bar and no food, but it's in the centre of Wisbech, and there are plenty of food and drinks options in...

"Your website description is incorrect. No separate shower and bath in a cottage suite and no bathrobes. Fortunately we have stayed there before in a cottage suite therefore did not expect these. However for anyone who has not stayed before misleading and needs to be corrected."
