"I needed to book something quick for my uncles funeral that would accommodate my large family. This place was perfect and in an area that was close to the funeral home. We had enough space for everyone. Just needed to be more stocked with the essentials "

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"We have rented a number of places on VRBO and this is our favorite. It was charming, clean and spacious. We don't have small children but if we did this would be perfect with a game room downstairs and an outdoor playhouse. Would definitely return! "

"The house is located in a great neighborhood. We really enjoyed the ease of parking in the neighborhood. And most things are walkable to. The house itself was comfortable, yet it was a bit dusty. The great was good and the bathrooms served us well. Our only concern was the upkeep of the house in general. Things just felt about ramshackle. We give the place four stars."

We were especially grateful for the accessibility features, as my grandmother (85 years young), who uses a walker and had recently undergone surgery, was able to comfortably stay on the main floor. "My family stayed at this property for my triathlon at Jones Beach. Very easy to access the beach area- less than 20 min drive. Host was very responsive when I had questions about the property. Clean and exactly like the listing- would definitely recommend! "

"Perfectly fine no frills but comfortable and good value place to stay with gaming Long Island. Stairs into the duplex pretty steep, they were hard for my FIL. Beds comfy, heating worked well, safe neighborhood handy to stores/restaurants. Park nearby on the water was pretty. "

"Chris' house is an amazing gem. It is beautiful, well maintained, and well stocked with everything that you could want/need e.g., coffee, laundry, kitchen basics, firepit stuff. All the amenities (e.g., kayaks, jacuzzi, firepit) are awesome. I kayaked every morning, which was a zen experience. "I stayed here one night for a layover and everything was great for what I needed. Room was smaller in general but good for me. You're right under the path for planes landing so that is a little loud but nothing that disrupted my sleep. There's a lot of construction around and nothing to walk to so you need an Uber if you want to go anywhere, including restaurants. I had to wait in the lobby for several hours due to me landing early and waiting for my room but the staff was great and very accommodating! They were able to get me in as soon as a room was ready. They were very helpful. "
