The cottage overlooks Saguaro National Park, offering a breathtaking view that we couldn’t get enough of. We spent several hours each morning sitting by the chiminea outside with our coffee enjoying the peaceful desert ambiance. The birdwatching was a treat. We had the privilege of watching a Gila Woodpecker and his mate, and a chatty native Arizona Cardinal, both of which added a sense of wonder to our stay. The desert wildlife really brought the natural surroundings to life.The house was impeccably clean and well-equipped, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to extra blankets. The pool isn't heated but it sure felt good on 90 degrees days! We came from snowy Minnesota and the weather was fabulous and the pool and hot tub were great.
