"Very nice, helpful, friendly, kind and cool staff. The whole concept of the hotel is fantastic. They offer a lot for a fairly lowcost hotel. There is a gym, a laundry, restaurant, bar, ping-pong tables, table tennis, children's play area, free coffee all day, etc - you name it! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a longer stay. It is connected with a closed corridor to the airport and to the metro and train station, you get to the city center within 20 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Copenhagen. Fantastic service, nice comfortable bed, nicely decorated, large, functional rooms. Great breakfast and dinner. Everything was perfect."

"All in all, a good hotel. A comment about check-in: we had to ask about breakfast details because the receptionist didn’t tell us. We also couldn’t find the lifts when arrived, they need some signage as there is nothing!!!"

The rooms were very quiet and I liked that you could only gain access to your floor using your room key. I spent my birthday there and they came to leave me some snacks as a little birthday gift which I found very kind. The included daily breakfast buffet had a selection of delicious options. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. "
