"This neighborhood location with a pool is very convenient to downtown Fort Myers, the river, the Edison museum, and McGregor Boulevard. It is not large, has just one bathroom, but the unheated pool is very ice and close by the back door. Parking is good, too and the kitchen is small, convenient and works well. "

"It's one bedroom and a bathroom. You can hear the neighbors kids crying in the morning. It a duplex that has been converted into 3 different areas. No remote for the TV, the fridge they provide won't hold 2 cans of soda, besides the fact there is no power cord on the fridge. No where to cook anything, no microwave. "

"We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
