"My meal on Sunday evening was the best I’ve ever had, and the service by Rula wonderful and friendly.. room was delightful and breakfast delicious hot and perfectly served. Excellent choice the only problem was when paying generally with Hotels.com I pay before I leave home and can use my Keycash points but as Mellor took funds on leaving the deputy manager didn’t know how to use my credit which would have covered my meal. "Our two bedroom apartment was amazing with views of the duck pond. Now we know this resort is here we will come back often. Very spacious rooms and the indoor pool and steam room were really nice. Don't worry about the ghosts!"
