Enjoy your Winter Park ski or summer vacation, long weekend holiday or spring break in a family and dog friendly private home located on the free Winter Park bus route just minutes from everything the Winter Park area has to offer. Tackle skiing and snowboarding at the Winter Park/Mary Jane resort, tubing at the Fraser tubing hill, and snowmobiling on one of the many tours or self-guided trails in the winter. Enjoy incredible fly fishing, hiking, world class mountain biking, 27 holes of majestic view golfing at Pole Creek and the popular music, wine and food festivals in the summer. Everything is just minutes away.





Catch the free Winter Park resort shuttle just off the end of the driveway and eliminate the hassle and cost of parking at the resort. The bus runs to downtown Winter Park, the resort area and Fraser and gets folks to all of the downtown shops and amenities.




Walk down the block from the house to Club Meadowridge for multiple outdoor hot tubs, outdoor pool, sauna, gym, tennis, and basketball. We include a guest pass to Club Meadowridge for our guests to use during their stay. Or, drive a few minutes to the Rec Center for an amazing indoor pool with a water slide. Our home is easy to get to and close to everything!





The home has a key-code deadbolt on the front door, so you never have to worry about juggling/losing keys for the property.




The kids will love making snow angels and snow forts in the winter in the front yard of our .7 acre lot. In the summer, the huge yard is great for croquet, badminton, volleyball, cornhole or kicking a soccer ball around. We have badminton, croquet, a volleyball net, tennis rackets, footballs, soccer and basketballs and a portable soccer net setup for the front yard for folks that like to play outdoors. The large log deck outdoor living area has 2 sofas, multiple dining tables, 4 chaise lounges for sunbathing and napping and a 6 burner stainless gas grill. The dogs will appreciate the dog door that leads out to the deck with access to an additional 5 ft high fenced area behind the house. We have a pack n' play and a high chair at the house for the little ones.




Upstairs has a master bedroom has with a king bed, a full bath, kitchen, dining room and living room. On the main floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Main floor bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a bunk (twin/twin) with attached jack and jill bathroom. Main floor master bedroom has a queen bed and twin sleeper sofa with attached ensuite full bath. Main floor bedroom 3 has a bunk (full/full) and attached to jack and jill bathroom.




The home has a fully equipped hickory kitchen with stainless appliances, comfortable beds, LCD TVs in every bedroom and a huge stone fireplace in the living room. We supply stocked firewood so guests don't need to go pay by the bundle at the stores! Xfinity provided cable TV channels, HBO & Cinemax, hundreds of blu-rays and DVDs with surround sound, PS3, a BBQ grill, a basement with full size washer/dryer and a mud room off the garage with plenty of storage for your skis/snowboards/mountain bikes and gear.



We have room for RVs and snow machines and you can keep your vehicles out of the elements in the 2 car garage.

Great Stay!
We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. It is an easy walk to the bus to Winter Park and a great setup for relaxing. The pool club is a great perk! We had four children under 4, 6 adults and a dog staying with us and it was a perfect spot. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean. We would love to stay again!

Great getaway for dogs and whole family
We stayed over thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our two dogs, three adults and two kids. Great outdoor space and access to the pool/hottub/club just a couple blocks away was such a bonus. It’s a great facility. The hosts were super communicative and helpful, going the extra mile when I accidentally left something behind at the house. Definitely be staying here again.

This stay was great! The owner had great communication and answered any and all questions I had, he was kind and quick to respond. The location was perfect, it was a quiet road but so close to everything you could need, and the shuttle to Winter Park. The house itself was wonderful as well, and was perfect for our group. The living and kitchen areas are wonderful for a group to all be together for meals and hanging out. The mud room area was super handy for keeping all our gear safe but not getting the rest of the house full of snow!

We chose this central location for a family vacation. This property was even more than we could have asked for!! We enjoyed some of the area opportunities, but we spent much of our time at the property. There was so much to do right there!! I have never stayed at a property that had the kitchen so well stocked.

Great place for a family vacation!
This home was perfect for us!! Each family had their own bedroom & bath and the kids had their own bunk room! Especially enjoyed the access to the club pool and the close location to grocery store & shops!! Everything was clean & nice!!! We also enjoyed playing board games & making s'mores using the fire pit on the deck! Plenty to do, we especially enjoyed several nice hiking trails in the area! We hope to come back sometime!!

President’s Day skiing
The house was wonderful. We ended up not bringing our dog, but if we had, he would have loved the yard and fenced in area. The front door is a stiff to open, but that is a minor issue.

Family, friends and pups stayed and enjoyed this home. The bedrooms and bath setups allow for great privacy and sharing. The deck was amazing to relax and enjoy the quiet privacy that the house brings. The fenced in yard was such a relief to let the pups enjoy freedom. The Central location gives you easy access to the nearby towns, the home is stocked with everything you would need. games, toys etc.

Perfect place for pups
The house was very comfortable and perfect for our pups and teens. We were able to spread out nicely. Beds were incredibly comfortable. There were a couple things broken and Eric responded and fixed them quickly. He was great to work with. Location was ideal. And the big meadow where the pups could run around was amazing. House has definitely been well-loved and that’s what I’d expect from a dog friendly rental. Highly recommend!

Great home away from home!
We loved our stay here! The location was great and not too far from the resort. It was so nice to have a garage for the vehicles and a warm place to leave the ski boots for the night. There was plenty of room for our two families to stay and the house had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast playing in the snow when we returned from the mountain too. The clubhouse was an added bonus and everyone enjoyed the different activities there - hot tub, heated pool, ping pong and the kids played basketball forever! This house will definitely be at the top of our list for places to return to!

Needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
I enjoyed our trip and liked the location, home and patio. My only complaint was the place was not clean. There was a odor to the place and we had to clean when we got there. Tubs and bathrooms weren't cleaned well. Carpet didn't look vacuumed. It was very dusty and dishes didn't seem clean. It's unfortunate because everything else was great. Plenty of space for our family of 7.

Excellent Property Manager
The amenities of the house were excellent, the condition of the house was somewhat surprising, it needs TLC and not quite what I expected based on the pictures, examples - patio furniture and master bath shower head completely ineffective; and the boiler for the club pool was broken and that was one of the features that sold me on the property. I realize not in the control of the property manager but it would have been good to know that in advance, so we had to pay to use the town rec center for my granddaughter to swim. But the house also had everything we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Thank you!
